Domino's × Minecraft
Quest
The Detroit Style Pizza lands in the game and at the front door at the same time. Boxes become totems, the creators' polos become skins.
For the German launch of the Detroit Style Pizza, Domino's and Minecraft Dungeons II came together, digitally and physically at once. CastCrafter and Rumathra received pizza, boxes and Domino's polos at home. In the game they wore the same polos as skins, and the Detroit Style boxes stood as totems in the world. On top came four weeks of Twitch integration with a questlog overlay, chatbot and pop-ups. Result: an extremely successful launch with 1.8 million views on Twitch and 1,600 orders during the stream.
My part
I developed the concept and ran the execution: creator briefings, stream dramaturgy, Twitch integration with questlog overlay and pop-ups, and the logistics for products, polos and vouchers.
