Quest

Two streamers battle in Fortnite for upgrades to their cinema screen while their fans cheer them on live.

For the release of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, the UCI cinema in Hamburg became a gaming arena. Trymacs and LeFloid played Fortnite with the Doctor Strange skin and took on challenges in front of an audience. Every success earned their screen upgrades like popcorn, nachos or merch. Fans cheered on their streamer live. The event ran on both creators' channels and in a moderated conference stream. To finish, everyone watched the film together.

My part

I developed the concept and managed the project. The task: turn a film release into an event where gaming, creators and audience come together in the same game idea.
